-Infrastructure Specialist: (level 3 support)
requires in depth knowledge of network operating systems, servers, and physical network components, internet connectivity, and fully-meshed wide area network services (MPLS), Cisco VOiP
_Communications Manager as well as a general understanding of the database systems.
_Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, MCSA (MCITP preferred), CCNA (CCNP preferred), VCP
_Work experience:
Detailed knowledge of and at least 5-8 years' _experience with design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for most of the following:
Microsoft internetworking technologies; including Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, System Center, File & Print services, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Server management both in software and hardware
Virtualization solution ( VMware experience)
Blade Chassis and servers solution ( HP Blades Server experience)
_Data Center Facilities
_Microsoft Exchange solution
DNS, DHCP, NTP services ( Infoblox experience)
_Enterprise network routing & switching (Cisco experience)
_Firewall, VPN, & other security technologies (Palo-Alto, Cisco, F5, IronPort and Bluecoat experience)
Load balancing solution ( F5 Experience)
Dual Factor Authentication Solution (AZMCOM Experience)
Storage SAN/NAS systems ( EMC and HP experience)
Backup Solution and ability to use effective backup and restore strategies (
Veritas Experience)
