6 IT Project Management Consultancy
Technical Responsibilities
1. Coordinating and managing all project activity & ensuring project deliverables are achieved as per the plan,
2. Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
3. Formulating and circulating agendas and action lists for Operational governance.
4. Establishing the overall success criteria for IT infrastructure projects to meet the business needs.
51 Ensuring the adoption Of best-practice project management tools, processes and techniques.
6. Preparing Project Plans, procedures and method Statements and Technical Proposals for bidding.
7. Monitoring and managing all contractor, consultants and third party suppliers.
8. Responsible for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives
9. Proactive risk Management & Issue tracking for managing the day-today operational aspects of the project,
10. Responsible for the coordination of multiple inter-related projects directed toward the strategic business objectives.
11. Interact and collaboratively with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
12. Vendor Management- coordination with all third parties and service providers.
13. Manage changes to projects/programs that Span multiple locations and/or Organizations.
Master/ Bachelor in computer science, engineering or equivalent required
Should have Program / Project Management Certification, IT
Professional Certifications
12+ years of experience in handling IT infrastructure projects Of new building/ facility.
