Job Description
An IT solutions company in Abu Dhabi is seeking for a governmental firm the following jobs:
IT Support Technician
Responsibilities:
-Monitor the system-Q system throughout the clock and make sure it works efficiently with all its accessories, and interference to solve any problem arises
In any of the functions of the system, and if required to call the company do so, in addition to the extraction of reports
Monthly, weekly, and daily if requested-
-Enter data for the employee and give permission to enter a specific door, change the names of the doors and record the access card that has been lost
-Provide technical support to all employees
Installation and maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc)-
Receive technical support requests through the Plus Desk Service Engine Manage-
Support and repair operating system failures 7 and 10-
-Technical support for computers Dell optiplex 990, HP elitedesk 800 and HP AIO 800 and Other devices purchased later
-Support, maintenance and installation of HP,HP 2055, HP 2015, HP 2025, HP 3525, HP 3530, HP 3700, HP510i printers. Any devices purchased later
-Support and maintenance canon mr 410,fr 4220,fi 4320,fi 5220,fi 6130 scanners and any devices purchased later
-Technical support for all mobile devices such as Samsung, iPhone and Blackberry
- Support and installation of Symantec Endpoint protection software
- Support and installation of Adobe acrobat software
- Provide technical support for Kiosk devices
Provide technical support for displays and TV screens-
Provide technical support for Deep Freeze-
Support and repair of Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar field in IT department in a government department
-At least 3 years experience in using Manage engine Service Desk Plus
