Emergency healthcare provider: Demonstrate excellent skills in CPR and first aid.
Conduct health exams: Regularly examine employees and evaluate diagnostic tests; refer abnormal findings to a consulting doctor.
Educate and train employees: Create and implement strategies for health-related education.
Maintain medical records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employees’ health.
Monitor inventories: Track stock levels and manage the budget for occupational health resources.

Handle health situations and injuries: Evaluate and manage work and non-work-related health issues; may handle short-term disability claims.
