Recruitment Manager (UAE National)

The successful applicant will manage a team of up to 3 staff reporting in to them and the key responsibilities will be to ensure that the recruitment activities, such as sourcing qualified candidates, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and extending offer letters is carried out in a professional and efficient manner.

It is essential that you have 5+ years work experience as a Recruitment Professional. Experience of working in a large organization and understanding jobs across several disciplines. The position is only available for Emirati Candidates with good command of the English language, and excellent planning, problem solving and analytical ability.
