The main duties of this role will be liaising with the management team to identify recruitment needs, candidate attraction, advertising jobs, liaising with agencies, building relationships with stakeholders. Along with screening, testing and selection of suitable candidates and Administrative tasks; referencing, on-boarding, report preparation.

The successful applicant will be ideally bi lingual in English and some Arabic, hold a degree, have excellent communication skills and report writing, and be able to work using their initiative. Previous experience within a Recruitment role and in the UAE aloang knowledge of local labor law and visa processes are essential for this role.
