Job Title: Sales Engineer - Manpower Supply Division

Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our Manpower Supply Division in the Oil & Gas Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise in manpower supply solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue expansion for manpower supply services.
2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their manpower needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring that manpower supply solutions meet their specific requirements.
4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
5. Proposal Development: Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, tenders, and presentations to win new business and expand existing relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the oil and gas industry in UAE.
2. Manpower Supply Expertise: Knowledge of manpower supply solutions, including recruitment, training, and workforce management.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Business Development: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
5. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
