Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and lead a high-performing sales team will contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and stay updated on industry trends
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular sales reports to the senior management team
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities
