Job Description
Our client, an international fashion brand is currently looking for a Senior Intercompany Accountant. The role will be reporting to Head of Accounts looking after over 20 stores and outlets.
As a Senior Accountant you would be responsible for:
• Support the management of payables activities for all entities – local and international vendors
• Inputs invoices into the accounts payable system, reviewing for proper authorization based on the Purchase Policy.
• Managing vendor master data on SAP.
• Performs check runs for all companies including preparation of related reports.
• Manage vendor clarifications and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal functions.
• Request and reconcile vendor statements periodically.
• Perform month end activities relating to payables.
• Coordination for the SAP MM flows related to purchase in FI module
• Support the management of the fixed assets invoice posting and correct maintenance of the fixed assets ledger
• Support the management of month end accruals and reporting activities

• Presentation skills in order to interact efficiently with the various parts of the business;

• The ability to work under high time and workload pressure;

Technical abilities requested for Accountant:
• Good knowledge of the local GAAP;
• Good knowledge of the local fiscal compliance;
• Very Good knowledge of the main Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Ideally good knowledge of SAP
• Good English knowledge requested;
• Ideally experience within an international retail/ luxury industry;
