They have several high profile projects world-wide and are even now expanding their international presence, utilising their reputation and experience in quality flagship projects to make an impact globally.
They presently have need for an experienced Senior Estimator, to join their bid team based in Abu Dhabi. The suitable candidate will be experienced in estimation and tendering major projects with a hands on approach. The position offers long term career growth with a succession plan in place to advance to Estimating Manager as the UAE business grows.
Your duties will include:
• Collating, reporting and interrogating projects costs,
• Submitting tenders,
• Effectively managing the resources of projects lifecycle,
• Monitoring of commercial support to the project managers and the project delivery team,
• Managing and reducing unnecessary costs and inefficiencies.
Job Category
• Experience with blue chip contractors, overseas experience is necessary
• At least 10 years’ experience in construction, in relevant roles
• Degree qualified
• Estimating experience; proficient with estimation software
• Hands on approach
