1- Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft, VMware Specialist)
Bachelor in computer science/ engineering, or equivalent requlfed
Relevant industry systems certifications
Should have Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator & Redhat Linux Administration certification.
8 + years Of experience in Systems Support & Administration position Hands-on & In-depth working knowledge of Windows Linux operating system.
Thorough knowledge & Hands on Experience of Back Office Support Systems such as: Microsoft Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, IIS, Office. Thorough knowledge of Web System and Deployment, fine tuning Of solution — IIS 7, Apache, Weblogir, etc.
Communication customer relation skills, and the ability to work with a team,
Thorough understanding Of ITIL and Knowledge of IT Service Desk procedures„
