We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and employee supervision
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Train, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stock replenishment
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and drive store traffic
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
