Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions companies, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their billion dollar program working with a C4ISR aircraft program working out of the UK.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you are to provide technical support to the aircraft program by monitoring the work performed by the subcontractor on design, manufacturing and testing of Aircraft Systems (e.g. avionic systems, communication systems, etc.) To be knowledgeable in aircraft systems and to provide solutions to the other teams in the project Support in mission systems installation in the aircraft

Key experience we seek include:
• Provide technical support to the aircraft program by monitoring the work performed by the subcontractor on design, manufacturing and testing of Aircraft Systems (e.g. avionic systems, communication systems, etc.)
• To be knowledgeable in aircraft systems and to provide solutions to the other teams in the project
• Support in mission systems installation in the aircraft
• Field operational experience in the installation of electrical/avionics systems on an air platform
• Familiar with Aircraft electrical and avionics modifications, analyses, testing (e.g. co-site, EMI/EMC, etc.)
• Interpersonal and communications skills and fluent in English
Key attributes we seek include:
• Over 5 years of direct experience in the Avionics and / or Electrical Engineering on aircraft
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering. Advanced degree (Masters or) a plus
